By accessing and using Incrediapp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding your order.

3. Use of the Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the application.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: If you purchase a subscription or digital product, you authorize Paddle.com to charge your chosen payment method.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of Incrediapp and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incrediapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
